If you are elderly or disabled and require help to stay at home instead of entering care we can help.

We will plan and manage your care package, tailoring it to your individual needs.

For example, a "Community Aged Care Package" may give you help with personal care such as bathing and dressing, domestic assistance such as housework and shopping, or possibly help participating in social activities.

Other types of services that we may provide include:

• meal preparation
• laundry
• assistance with continence management
• transport
• personal care
• social support
• home help
• gardening, and
• temporary in-home respite care

If your care needs are more complex we have an "Extended Aged Care at Home Package" that is very flexible and designed to help with complex individual care needs.

Generally a person who requires high level care such as registered nursing care or care by an allied health professional such as a physiotherapist, podiatrist or other type of allied health care such as assistance with oxygen and/or enteral feeding can access this high level care.

To access these care packages you must be assessed by the Aged Care Assessment Team.
