May Shaw Health Centre provide retirement units for rent to people over 60 on either an Aged or Disability pension.

The units are 1 bedroom with reverse cycle heating and cooling, quality fixtures and fittings and all feature private rear courtyards.

The subsidised rent is linked to a percentage of the Aged pension.
